SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

IREM^® Foundation scholarships support industry professionals looking to enhance their education through IREM’s world-class offerings. Scholarships are funded by generous IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) members dedicated to supporting the dreams and aspirations of fellow real estate managers.

Foundation scholarships cover a portion of the tuition for up to 3 certification courses, annually. You may request 1, 2 or 3 credits, each course being equivalent to one credit. Recipients should be prepared to remit the remaining balance of costs and register for courses within 30-days of being awarded. You may be eligible to apply for additional scholarship funding after you complete and pass any courses funded by a previous scholarship. Please note that unused scholarships, as well as scholarships that result in a fail or incomplete, will result in a one-year waiting period to receive additional scholarship awards, so it is highly recommended that you only apply when you are ready and able to utilize funding for all the courses in which you've applied.
