    Friends of IREM® is an exceptional marketing opportunity for members. It is an exclusive invitation for members to access the professionals that provide services within the real estate management industry. Unlike other organizations, this membership is limited to three members per industry. Due to this limitation, we suggest signing up soon. Following are some of the benefits:

    • Membership Luncheon and Events. As a member, you have access to the quality events offered throughout the year and recognition at each event. You will meet managers and professionals within the management industry; many of which are the decision makers for their organization. One representative of your company may attend each luncheon free if you sign up at the Gold or Silver Level.
    • Every luncheon has its own website which features Friends of IREM. Gold level Friends are featured on the luncheon invitation on a rotational basis.
    • E-Newsletter. You receive recognition every issue through an ongoing recognition column. Gold sponsors may be featured in a Friends of IREM® profile.
    • Web Site Presence. Your company will be listed on the home page of our web site with a direct link to your company’s site.
    • Membership Directory. 24/7 access to a password-protected membership directory stored on the chapter website. Download the Excel spreadsheet to look up members or create mail merges.
    • Web Site Presence. Your company will be listed within the web site with a direct link to your company’s site.
    • Membership Directory. You will have full access to the membership directory of property management professionals throughout the Bay Area.
    • Annual Golf Tournament. With a Gold Sponsorship, you will receive four complementary players, and a reduced rate for sponsorship opportunities.
    • Participation in Trade Fair. As a sponsor you will be invited to bring your marketing materials and participate in a trade fair luncheon. This is a good opportunity to network with property management professionals.
    • Educational Course Sponsorships. IREM offers many educational courses throughout the year. Sponsorship of the courses is an ideal way to expose your company to seasoned and new professionals within property management.
    • Marketing to Managers. You will receive an invitation to a session on how to market to the property management industry. This session is taught by our members for sponsors trying to get more business
