    Steve Ring is uniquely qualified to address the subject of sustainability. As Director of Client Solutions at Cushman & Wakefield in downtown San Francisco, he is currently overseeing the LEED certification of over 6,000,000 square feet in the San Francisco region. He helped obtain LEED-EB Gold certification for the Transamerica Pyramid, and 525 Market Street, San Francisco, currently the largest LEED-EB Gold high-rise office building on the West Coast.
    During the past 25 years, he has managed various types of real estate from small multi-family communities to large office buildings and regional retail centers. Currently, his focus is on the management of large office buildings. He is Co-chair of the National Cushman & Wakefield Energy & Sustainability Task Force and the Mayor’s Task Force on Existing Commercial Building Efficiencies.
