    In the Property Operations II track, you will complete your comprehensive training in property operations by covering financial calculations and analysis, property maintenance programs, and risk management. After completing both Property Operations I and Property Operations II, you’ll have mastered the diverse disciplines involved in maximizing your property’s potential.

    August 17 - August 21 Asset Analysis Track

    The Asset Analysis series is comprised of skill-based courses that, when taken in sequence, progressively build your knowledge of asset analysis. You’ll work hands-on with fellow participants to explore various models of financial analysis in three applications-based courses designed to help you capitalize on your real estate assets. CPM Candidates and experienced professionals will find the tools they learn indispensable to the properties and the portfolios they manage.

    Asset Analysis Courses:
    Investment Real Estate Financing and Valuation – Part One (ASM603) Two days.
    Part Two (ASM604) Two days Part Three (ASM605) One day

    Calculator Required: The HP10BII financial calculator is required for the Asset
    Analysis courses. Course materials illustrate keystrokes for this calculator only.
    Students taking these courses are expected to have a working knowledge of the
    basic operations and functionality of the calculator. Laptop Computer Recommended.

    Classroom format: 5 days, 8 am-5 pm.
    Continuing Education Credit: California Consumer Protection: ASM603, 13; ASM604 15; ASM605 8.

    November 26 - November 30 Capstone Track

    Get in the fast lane! Enroll in the CPM® Capstone Track and achieve your professional goal. Quickly and efficiently complete the final steps needed to earn your CPM® designation. This track is designed for CPM® Candidates who still need to complete their management plan requirement and take the CPM® Certification Exam. The first four days will be spent learning the essential components of a property management plan and then demonstrating proficiency in the elements that make up a management plan by completing the “Management Plan Skills Assessment” (MPSAXM), an alternative to submitting a plan independently. The last day of the track will be spent preparing for and taking the CPM® Certification Exam.

    Calculator and laptop required: The HP10BII financial calculator and a laptop with Microsoft Word and Excel software are required. Students are encouraged to take “MPSA Student Webinar: Preparing for the MPSA” before the class.

    Registration deadline: To participate in the MPSAXM, students must download certain materials and conduct an electronic compatibility test. This requires registration no later than November 21.
